Characteristics:

1,Temperature range:best operational temperature 90°c at least,quick liquefaction in 95-97°c, stay active in 100°c,for  injection liquefaction ,transition temperature can be 105-110°c.

2,PH rang:,effective PH range 5.5-8.0,Optimum PHrang 6.0-6.5.

3.Calcium ion affects the active stability of enzyme,it  is not sensitive to Ca+,about 50-70pmm of Ca+ is good enough.

1.Specifications: According to its activity,there are 3 types,10000,20000,30000u/ml.It is liquid,25kg/drum.or following your demand.

2.The definition of enzyme activity: In 70°c,PH6.0 for 1 minute,the enzyme quanity that can turn 1 mq souble starch into dextrin is one enzyme activity unit.

Uses:1.Beer about 0.3L/1 ton odf materials(20,000u/m).

2.Aclohol:about 0.3L/ 1 ton of material(20,000u?m).PH6.5-7.0.

3.Starch suger andmonosodium glutamate:PH:6.o-6.5.about 0.6L?1 ton of material (20,000um).

Storage: It  is one kind of biological active matter, the strong light maybe harmful  to its activity  thus it should be kept in low temperature and dry  place, avoid  sunlight  directly.
